3. Newsstand has been replaced with the News app. News builds a profile of your interests and favorites  based upon your search history and then searches for items that you might be interested in reading about.
4. More security features. Apple has a new option for a six digit passcode. Which means there are more than a million combinations as opposed to a four digit 10,000 possible combinations. There is a double verification when you log in to your Apple ID.
5. The Wallet app replaces the Passbook app. You can manage, pay and shop all within one app.  All the Passbook information is now found in Wallet.  You can even use it to manage your Apple Pay, credit cards and customer loyalty cards.
